JOB DESCRIPTION for CASHIER/CREW 

(Hiring for SM Pampanga, SM Clark  and SM Baguio)  

Job Summary : 

Under the supervision of the Team Captain and Team Manager, the Cashier/Crew is responsible for order-taking, cashiering, customer service, as well as general crew responsibilities in equipment operation, food handling, housekeeping and sanitation. 

Qualifications: 

  • Age: 20 to 25 years old
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Height: At least 5’1”
  • Appearance: Well-groomed, clear face/skin. Naturally warm and cheerful disposition. Physically fit.

Education

• K-12 graduate or College level of any course

Experience

•  Has frontline and/or customer relations background

•  Has done some work in sales or promotions

•  With previous experience in quick-service restaurant or fast-food industry

Technical Skills

•  Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Google sheets

•  Knows how to operate POS, cash register or similar cashiering & inventory system (manual or

   electronic); Adept at calculations 

•  Familiar in using mobile and digital applications

•  Able to converse confidently in English

•  With good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary: 

Under the supervision of the Team Captain and Team Manager, Stock Clerk/Crew is responsible for the day-to-day inventory, storage, and ordering of stocks and other materials as well as general crew responsibilities in customer service, equipment operation, food handling, housekeeping and sanitation. 

Qualifications: 

  • Age: 20 to 28 years old
  • Gender: Male
  • Height: At least 5’3”
  • Appearance: Well-groomed, clean-shaven face. Pleasing disposition. No visible marks like tattoos. Physically fit and energetic. Able to lift and move stocks & equipment.

Education

• K-12 graduate or College level of any course

Experience

•  Has backroom, kitchen or inventory-handling background

• With previous experience in quick-service restaurant or fast-food industry

Technical Skills

•  Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Google sheets

•  Adept at calculations

• Familiarity with inventory monitoring and control forms

•  With good communication and interpersonal skills

JOB DESCRIPTION for TEAM CAPTAIN

(to head the following branches : SM Pampanga, SM Clark  and SM Baguio)  

Job Summary: 

Supervise the daily operations of the store in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures with the objective of ensuring smooth production and quality service during his/her shift. Reporting to the Team Manager/Team Leader, this position is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely work performance of the store employees in support of the company’s targets and objectives of continuously improving quality, increasing store revenues, controlling costs, and improving profitability. 

Qualifications: 

  • Age: 24 to 30 years old
  • Gender: Male/Femaile
  • Height: At least 5’2”
  • Appearance: Well-groomed, neat & clean. Presents himself/herself with courteous confidence. Pleasing, positive disposition. Able to articulate and express himself/herself well. 

Education

• At least college level, preferably graduate in any course, preferably business administration, marketing or accounting 

Technical Skills/Experience 

•  Computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel

•  PC/ POS application

•  With at least 2 years previous supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant operation

•  Has completed leadership development courses, attended quality management programs (basic 5S, food safety, occupational safety & health)
